 Congreso: Es el órgano representativo de la nación y tiene como funciones principales la representación de la nación, la dación de leyes, la permanente fiscalización y control político, orientados al desarrollo económico, político y social del país, así como la eventual reforma de la Constitución y otras funciones especiales.

Congress: It is the representative body of the nation and its main functions are the representation of the nation, the passing of laws, the permanent supervision and political control, oriented to the economic, political and social development of the country, as well as the eventual reform of the Constitution and other special functions.

Constitucionalismo: El constitucionalismo es la visión o ideología que considera la propia existencia de una constitución rígida como un valor autónomo (como la libertad, la justicia o la igualdad) entre los que dan sentido al orden social, que merece ser realizado aun a costa de otros fines.

Constitutionalism: Constitutionalism is the vision or ideology that considers the very existence of a rigid constitution as an autonomous value (such as freedom, justice or equality) among those who give meaning to the social order, which deserves to be carried out even at the cost of other purposes.

Constitucionalismo metodológico: Parte de las bases de la elaboración de las políticas públicas, por ende sólo los actores contemplados en la ley se toman en cuenta.

Methodological constitutionalism: Part of the bases of the elaboration of public policies, therefore only the actors contemplated in the law are taken into account.
