Marco legal: Conjunto de disposiciones, leyes, reglamentos y acuerdos a los que debe apegarse una dependencia o entidad en el ejercicio de las funciones que tienen encomendadas.

Legal framework: Set of provisions, laws, regulations and agreements to which a department or entity must adhere in the exercise of the functions that are entrusted to them.

Mediocracia: Es la nueva forma de gobierno de los medios de comunicación, donde se establece una mediación irremediable e inaudible entre el poder político y la sociedad.

Mediocracy: It is the new form of government of the media, where an irremediable and inaudible mediation is established between political power and society.

Monopolio: es la situación de un sector del mercado económico en la que un único vendedor o productor oferta el bien o servicio que la demanda requiere para cubrir las necesidades en dicho sector.

Monopoly: it is the situation of a sector of the economic market in which a single seller or producer offers the good or service that the demand requires to cover the needs in that sector.
